College Station Utilities is shifting at the top.
Timothy Crabb has been announced as the interim director of CSU. He's been with the city since 2006 and current serves as assistant director of CSU.
“I have confidence that Timothy will be very effective in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the department head until the position is filled on a regular basis,” City Manager David Neeley said in a statement.
The move comes with the retirement this month of David Massey, who has been at CSU for 13 years of his 34-year career in the power industry which included 15 years at Bryan Texas Utilities.
Crabb has told the city he will pursue the full-time director's position, and Neeley said Crabb will be given consideration.
