College Station Chinese Restaurant Has Permit Suspended

The Sichuan Bistro in the 200 block of University Drive in College Station was shut down by Brazos County health inspectors Thursday.

The restaurant has previously been known as E-Star, Great Wall and 88 Bistro.

Inspectors found sushi and beef roast stored improperly, cans of food were dented, there was cross-contamination of raw and cooked foods, and dirty equipment.

The restaurant scored a 62 out of 100, and will be re-inspected Friday.
