He came from Houston to build his business.
"Well College Station really has a great potential and that's why we studied it for the last year. And we think you know between Texas A&M and the city and the real estate growth we're seeing, we thought you know for our concept it's a perfect to have the healthy Mediterranean cuisine," he added.

Jennifer Prochazka is a Principal Planner for the city and says some of their success stories include the growing Medical Corridor along Rock Prairie Road and new growth in Northgate.
"Make sure that things are heading in the right direction, so tonight we are wanting feedback from folks to see what they may see as successes over the next five years what they may see as shortcomings over the next five years," said Prochazka.
While the comprehensive plan doesn't deal directly with traffic, city officials expect to hear a lot of comments about that.
"The comprehensive plan includes the locations for future growth and development, what types of land uses go where in the city and what size roads, what size utilities. Those types of things," she said.
"We like to grow with the city and we are seeing the growth really here, everywhere we look," said Kasem.
