A 22 year old College Station man has been arrested and charged with stalking.

Garrett Lee Dikes is being held in the Brazos County jail on more than $100, 000 bond.

According to CSPD, it was around 2 Wednesday morning when the female victim found her left taillight busted out with damage to the back bumper at the HEB in College Station.

She told police that the damage was intentional and that it was caused by her ex-boyfriend, Dikes.

Police say surveillance video shows the suspect's vehicle eventually pull up behind the victim's vehicle in the HEB parking lot around 2AM.

The video was shown to the victim and she later confirmed that the vehicle belonged to Dikes.

During this time, CSPD says the suspect left four voicemails on the victim's phone.

The first one suggested the suspect was entering or exiting his vehicle.

He reportedly told the victim that she makes him sick and her time with him was a waste of his time and money.

The second one allegedly says "I was at Northgate with my friends the whole entire night so there is nothing on me."

The victim believes he was referring to the damage to her vehicle.

Sometime later, CSPD arrived at the address of the suspect, 6800 Appomattox in College Station.

They found his car parked in the driveway with white paint transfer on the left rear area of the truck's bumper, consistent with the damage to the victim's car.

He was arrested and remains in the Brazos County jail.
