The College Station Police Department will host a Law Enforcement Memorial Service on Wednesday, May 16th at the American Pavilion located at the north end of Veteran’s Park on Harvey Road. This is a covered area that will protect the participants in case of rain.
The College Station Police Department cordially extends an invitation to all Law Enforcement, citizens, family and friends to join us on Wednesday, May 16th at 12:00 Noon for a ceremony to honor those Law Enforcement Officers nationwide who have paid the ultimate sacrifice while protecting their communities. The address will be given by Dr. David McIntyre, Distinguished Visiting Fellow Homeland Security Institute.
An honor guard consisting of members from the College Station Police Department, Bryan Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Brazos County Sheriff’s Office, and the Texas A&M University Police Department will be participating. Immediately following the ceremony, a light lunch will be provided by the College Station Police Department, Bryan Police Department, and the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office Citizen Police Academy Alumni Associations.
