College Station Restaurant Closed Because of Flies

Posted: Thu 3:22 PM, May 10, 2012

A College Station restaurant is temporarily closed down because of creepy critters that travel by air.

The Crazy Cajuns restaurant on South College was shut down by the Brazos County Health Department on May 1st for having too many flies.

Inspectors found flies in the dining area on tables, in the kitchen including in the hot hold with the crab legs, on paper plates, on cutting boards and on seasoning containers. In fact, according to the report, flies were driving the inspector nuts.

Crazy Cajuns was closed down for 24 hours and was allowed to reopen after a re-inspection.
