Congratulations! Meredith and Shane are Expecting a Baby

News Three's Meredith Stancik-McAuliffe and Shane McAuliffe are expecting their first child in early September.

"We've been married for three years, and have been praying for this miracle for quite some time. We are beyond excited and blessed. We are also thrilled to share this part of our lives with the Brazos Valley," Meredith said.

"Yahoo! I'm going to be daddy," joked the very proud future papa Shane.

Meredith and Shane don't know yet if Baby McAuliffe is a boy or girl, but say they'll let us know as soon as they find out.
