Conroe Doctor Loses License to Practice Medicine

A Conroe doctor has lost his license to practice medicine. On Nov. 30, the Texas Medical Board and Stephen Waller, M.D., entered into an Agreed Voluntary Surrender Order. During this time, Dr. Waller voluntarily and permanently surrendered his license after he wrote multiple prescriptions for controlled substances while his license was suspended.

The Board suspended Dr. Waller's license in May 2010 after determining his practice unprofessional and deceptive to the public.

Dr. Waller has been practicing internal medicine for nearly 35 years.
