Part of Highway 30 between Bryan and Carlos was shut down Monday evening when a truck lost control dumping an asphalt scraper it was hauling.
The Department of Public Safety says the driver of the truck was distracted by a bee flying in the cab and lost control of the vehicle.
The asphalt scraper landed on the highway, spilling diesel fuel all over the road. One lane of Highway 30 was shut down for about an hour for clean-up.
No one was injured.
