Downtown Bryan's LaSalle Hotel For Sale

Bryan's historic LaSalle Hotel is up for sale.

The City of Bryan is in negotiations to sell the 55 room, 7 story hotel to an undisclosed buyer after receiving several bids.

Bryan Commerce and Development purchased it back in 2001.

City staff tell us they are pleased with the potential sale.

The hotel is currently listed at $2.9 million.

Under terms of the agreement the hotel would continue to operate under the new ownership.

If approved by Mayor Jason Bienski, the hotel could change hands possibly within six months.
