Early voting is underway in the runoff to determine the new state representative for most of Bryan/College Station.
In a five-person race last month, Republican Bob Yancy earned 36 percent of the votes, with Republican John Raney finishing second with 28 percent. Since no one earned a majority of the total votes, Yancy and Raney moved to a runoff, which is set for Tuesday, December 13.
Early voting will run through Friday.
Polling places for Election Day have been reduced from November's special election. To find your polling place for December 13, go to the BrazosVotes website linked on the left.
Voters can cast their ballot at any early voting location.

Early Voting Times
Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The winner will still have to participate in the Republican primary before moving on to the November general election if they are victorious.
