BRAZOS COUNTY The Brazos Valley Fair is excited to announce the Bud Light Stage entertainment line-up for this year’s Fair. The Fair will run September 5th – 8th at the Brazos County Expo and will include exciting events and attractions for all ages. In addition to the exciting entertainment line-up, the Fair will offer a fantastic carnival, CPRA Rodeo, Mutton Bustin’, livestock shows and much more.

The Bud Light Stage will include Cory Morrow, Parker Heights, Clayton Gardner, Restless Heart, and Emilio with entertainers presented by 98.3 KORA and Radio Alegria (1240 KTAM). We feel the Fair truly offers something for everyone and encourage everyone to come out and “Have some FUN at the Fair!”

The fair will kick off with Cory Morrow, a Texas country legend, on Thursday, September 5th. Considered one of the founders of modern Texas Country, some of his most popular songs include “21 Days,” “Nashville Blues,” and “Lead Me On.”

Friday, September 6th, we are proud to welcome local favorites Parker Heights and Clayton Gardner. Opening for Gardner, the North Zulch-based Parker Heights brought home the Rising Star Award from the 11th Annual Texas Music Awards in March of 2013 and are quickly becoming a favorite of many country music fans across Texas. Gardner is returning to College Station with “Here to Stay” the EP (extended play) that debuted as #19 on iTunes Top 100 Country albums list. With their impressive sounds and a passion for music, we are thrilled to showcase these bright, rising stars in Texas Country.

Saturday, September 7th, will feature the show stopping, 30th Anniversary Tour of Restless Heart. Restless Heart has placed over 25 singles on the charts, with six consecutive #1 hits. Four of their albums have been certified Gold by the RIAA and the group has been presented the Top Vocal Group award from the Academy of Country Music, they are sure to be a hit for all audiences.

Finally on Sunday, September 8th, the Fair has added an additional night of music and welcomes to the stage the American Grammy award-winning musician, Emilio. As an American musician of Hispanic heritage, Emilio has had a large role in the popularization of Tejano music in America. Emilio has had more than ten singles on the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks charts throughout his career.
