Former Rose Home Owner Jailed For Aggravated Perjury

The former owner of controversial personal care homes in Bryan has been arrested once again.

47-year-old Rose Rodriguez was taken into custody August 26th on a perjury charge by the 272nd District Court.

She'd faced a prior perjury charge in a civil trial investigating the care of a former patient at a residential nursing home she owned.

She and her husband Carlos were also arrested in June accused of stealing $76,000 from three separate couples from the sale of three homes she did not own.

Rose Rodriguez remains in the Brazos County Jail without bond.
