A former Brazos County deputy constable has been indicted by a Brazos County grand jury for two separate incidents.
Agustin Rubio, 31, is charged with kidnapping and attempting to commit sexual assault.
Rubio is accused of detaining a woman last August near Fraternity Row in College Station. Police say Rubio never took her to jail and four hours later she woke up in a parking lot on Wellborn Road.
Two weeks later Rubio was charged with sexual assault when another woman came forward.
According to police reports, the woman said Rubio arrested her, but instead of taking her to jail he reportedly walked into a restroom at the county's administration office, pushed her against a wall, reached under her dress and grabbed her bottom.
