Funeral services for a 17 year old A&M Consolidated senior involved in a head on collision New Year's Eve are scheduled for 2 PM Saturday at Concordia Hall in Bellville.
Jason Matthew Maines died at College Station Medical Center on Feb. 9, two days after he was taken off of life support.
He was transported to the hospital December 31 after slamming his vehicle head-on into an 18-wheeler carrying a load of hay on Texas 6.
Those close to Maines said he was an avid skateboarder who was involved in welding, baseball and wrestling at school.
Maines' family chose to donate his organs, according to a memorial web site set up on his behalf.
