A Brazos County Grand Jury handed up indictments Thursday including one for a Bryan man charged with attacking an elderly woman who was on her way to church.

Jaquarius Neal, 20, is charged with aggravated robbery.

Neal is accused of attacking 95-year-old Edna Earl Jackson who was walking from her car into First United Methodist Church in Bryan.

Jackson is currently undergoing rehabilitation for a broken hip.

Neal remains in the Brazos County Jail on bond.

He has multiple convictions in Brazos County and was serving eight years probation for a burglary of a habitation conviction.

Coty Lohse, 28, was also indicted Thursday for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Lohse says he was on drugs in January while allegedly shoplifting, stealing a car, and then stealing a College Station ambulance.

College Station police say it started with a shoplifting at the Q Beauty Store on North Texas Avenue in Bryan.

The owner says Lohse was with a woman and they were caught on camera.

Then police say he stole a car in Bryan and hit two separate vehicles.

Paramedics were called to the second accident where Lohse is accused of stealing their ambulance as the first responders checked on the patients.

Police say Lohse damaged the ambulance when he crashed into part of a McDonald's drive-thru.

Lohse remains in the Brazos County Jail.
