Highway 6 Ramp Closure May Cause Traffic Delays

COLLEGE STATION- TxDOT is doing some work on Highway 6 Monday that could affect your commute.

Starting Monday morning at 8:30 TxDOT will close the South Highway 6 Southbound exit ramp to Barron Road to perform work on the guardrail underneath the Rock Prairie bridge.

The highway will reopen by 4:30 Monday afternoon. That part of Highway 6 but will be closed again during the same time on Tuesday.

The $4.2M project is expect to be completed by the summer 2015.
