The investigation continues into what started a destructive house fire in Burleson County Wednesday morning.
A team from the state fire marshal's office surveyed the scene Thursday morning at the Srivanek Ranch house which had been vacant since the owner passed away in 2010.
Investigator Harry Bowers told us it's too soon to say what the potential cause was but they haven't ruled out that severe weather and lightning may have been a factor.
Two firefighters were treated and released from the hospital for minor injuries Wednesday after the second story ceiling collapsed, knocking them over.
