A date has been set for jury selection in the case of a College Station man accused of kidnapping and murder.
The state and defense will begin the jury selection process on January 7 in the Stanley Robertson capital murder trial, and it could take three to six weeks.
Roberston is accused of murdering Anne Toliver after kidnapping her from the College Station Walmart in August of 2010. She was later found stabbed to death in a Fort Worth Shopping Center.
Two weeks prior to the fatal kidnapping, Robertson was released from jail following an arrest for aggravated assault.
Robertson is being held in the Brazos County Jail. His bond is set at more than $1.5 million dollars.
The State is seeking the death penalty.
