Jury selection is underway in the trial of a College Station man accused of the kidnapping and murder of his ex-girlfriend's mom.
Stanley Robertson, 44, is accused of murdering Anne Toliver after kidnapping her from the College Station Walmart in August of 2010. She was later found stabbed to death in a Fort Worth shopping center.
Jury selection started Monday and will continue on Thursday. It's expected to take three weeks and the trial is set to being on January 28th. The state is seeking the death penalty.
