A little lemonade and a lot of love for one of the victims of Monday's shooting in College Station.
College Station ISD's Summer Day Camp program is setting up lemonade stands at the Creek View and Rock Prairie schools. On Wednesday and Thursday, $0.50 purchases of lemonade and any donations will go to the family of Constable Brian Bachmann, who was shot and killed on Fidelity Street Monday afternoon.
The stands will be set up from 12:00-1:00 p.m. and again from 3:00-6:00 p.m. each day.
Creek View Elementary is located at 1001 Eagle Avenue. Rock Prairie Elementary is at 3400 Welsh Avenue.
The Summer Day Camp program helps kids from kindergarten to 6th grade to have a safe, fun summer with a variety of activities and field trips.
