Man Allegedly Cuts Girlfriend with Knife, Ties Her Up with Extension Cord

COLLEGE STATION - Police say College Station man tied his girlfriend up and cut her with a knife in a terrifying assault.

Ronald Anthony White, 30, is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Investigators say he and his girlfriend got into an argument on July 13th. The victim told police that White started punching her in the face. According to the victim, he went into the kitchen and got a knife. The woman was cut on the hand before White tied her up and threatened to kill her.

Police say the woman was able to get away a short time later and went to the police.

White is being held on $42,000 bond.
