Man Accused of Killing Brother Indicted for Murder

A man accused of killing his brother in Brazos County in March has been indicted by a Brazos County grand jury.

Kyle Wischnewsky is charged with capital murder. He remains in the Brazos County jail with a bond set at more than one million dollars.

Wischnewsky is accused of luring his brother Cliff to a rural area off Highway 21, east of Bryan, as part of a plan to rob him of 14-thousand dollars during a fake sale of all-terrain vehicles.

Cliff died from two gunshots to the head.
