The funds were from monies collected from Operation Round Up, which is a voluntary program where participating members' bills are rounded up to the next dollar every month, and the remaining money is collected to help those in need within the community.
Every quarter for over ten years Mid-South Synergy commits to help various charities and organizations within their coverage area including Grimes, Walker, Montgomery and parts of Brazos, Waller and Madison counties.
Other charities include BVCAA, Montgomery Food Bank, and The C.O.M.E. Center in Huntsville
