The Brazos County Health Department said Tuesday morning they have collected mosquitoes that tested positive for West Nile virus.
The insects were collected near Glade Street and Francis & Westover Streets. They also collected mosquitoes from Canterbury Street, across from Rock Prairie Elementary School.
The city of College Station has been notified of these locations.
This brings the yearly total to 45 positive mosquito pools.
