Natural Gas Leak off University Drive

UPDATE: College Station Fire Department officials say the leak and the closures should be cleared up by around 12:15 p.m.


Construction crews have cut a 2” natural gas line in the 400 block of Nimitz Street. This block (north of University Drive has been closed. As a precaution, Aggieland Outfitters and Montolongo’s Jewelry have been evacuated.

Public is advised to avoid the area because of possible traffic delays.

Atmos repair crew is in route.
