Three Brenham Teens Injured in Wreck

The 3 boys injured in the wreck have been identified as 16 year old Samuel Price, 16 year old Andrew Deski, and 15 year old Matthew Deski. The Department of Public Safety says they were on their way to class at Brenham High School when the wreck happened.

UPDATE 9:45 a.m.

Three Washington County boys have been injured in a single vehicle accident on Highway 105 near Brenham.

Department of Public Safety Trooper James Reeves says the driver of a car driven by a 16-year-old boy attempted to illegally pass on the right hand should.

Officials say the car went into a ditch, hit a culvert and was airborne before hitting a tree.

The names of the boys who Trooper Reeves says were on their way to school have not been released.

The wreck happened around 7:20 a.m. The teenagers range in age from 14 to 16 years old.


News 3 is on the scene of a major accident in Washington County.

Three male passengers were traveling down Highway 105 near Brenham Friday morning when the accident occurred.

At this time, it's unclear what caused the crash.

We do know that one person was thrown from the vehicle.

One of the passengers was taken to Memorial Hermann in Houston, while another was taken to The Med in College Station.

They are both said to be in critical condition.

The third passenger was not injured.
