Police Investigate Robbery in College Station Neighborhood

On March 17, 2012 at about 2316 hours officers with the College Station Police Department responded to a reported robbery in the 4000 block of Pomel.

The victim reported that she was outside in her vehicle when a male approached her from behind. The male put an object to the back of the victim’s head which the victim believed was a weapon. The male demanded the victim’s purse and her money. The victim told the male that she did not have her purse or money with her. The male then struck the victim in the face and ran off. No further information is available at this time.
