Right now 18 year old Kevin Godfrey is only charged with setting fire to Charles Workman's 2002 Jaguar.

Brazos County Sheriff's investigators obtained a warrant after they found evidence at the scene of Workman's burned out vehicle on Highway 6.

Godfrey was arrested at about 10:30 Thursday night in College Station.

Hearne detectives and Texas Rangers are continuing to investigate the connection between the murder and the arson.
