Robertson County Authorities Search For Taken Child

Robertson County authorities are looking for a six year old boy reportedly taken by his biological parents who do not have legal custody of him.

Six year old Richard Moore was believed to have been with his biological parents, Brian and Madeline "Maddie" Moore. They were last
seen with Richard in the Franklin area. They could also be traveling with Madeline “Maddie” Moore’s father Mike McCartney.

This group could be traveling in and staying in a tan in color 1987 Dolphin Motor Coach with temporary tags. They are known to frequent state and national parks and could be in the Walker County or Montgomery County area as well as the Brazos County.

The individuals are wanted for Interfering with Child Custody and currently have outstanding warrants out of Robertson County.

Brian Keith Moore: White Male; Approximately 180lb; 5ft 10in; Brown hair; Brown eyes; 29 yrs old

Madeline B. MCCartney-Moore (Maddie); White Female; Approximately 185lb; 5ft 7 inches tall; Blonde hair (however changes hair color frequently); Green eyes

The child they are accused of taking is:

Richard K. Moore: White Male; 6 yrs old;Approximately 45lb; Approximately 4ft tall; Reddish blonde hair; Brown eyes

If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of Brian, Madeline “Maddie” or Richard please contact Robertson County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-299-0191 or you can text a tip and codeword to RCTIP to C-R-I-M-E-S (274637). Any information provided that leads to the arrest of these individuals could be worth up to $1000.00.
