Rollover Accident on Highway 6

Bryan Police have cited the driver of an 18-wheeler with failure to control speed for the single vehicle wreck he was involved in Tuesday night.

Police say the rig rolled over several times with it finally landing on its top and coming to rest in the median.

The driver, 40-year-old Roberto Quesada of Houston was taken to St. Joseph Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Queseda was heading southbound on Highway 6 near F-M 2818 last night around 10-30 when the accident happened.

Bryan Police worked into the night cleaning up the wreckage.


An 18-wheeler was heading southbound on Highway 6 near FM 2818 when it flipped several times before landing in the median.

The Bryan Police Department is in the process of shutting down the southbound lanes of Highway 6 near FM 2818 to clean up the wreckage.

The driver has been transported to St. Joseph Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
