Rollover Wreck In Robertson County Closes Highway

Texas Department of Safety troopers are on the scene of a single vehicle rollover wreck in Robertson County that happened Thursday morning around 11 o'clock.

The crash scene is located on Highway 6 south of FM 2549. News 3 has learned one person has been transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan.

Officials say a pickup truck pulling a flatbed trailer traveling northbound crossed into the southbound lane. After the crash, authorities shutdown the highway so emergency workers could cut out the truck's windshield to remove one of the occupants.

One side of the roadway has been re-opened and traffic has begin to move slowly through the area.

Any updates will be available online and later on News 3.
