The man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a College Station teen has been brought back to Brazos County for trial.
Zachary Hocko was booked into the jail in Bryan Wednesday afternoon after sitting in the Harris County jail for about a week. The 28-year-old Houston resident is accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old College Station girl he met online.
After meeting at a local hotel, the teen reportedly told Hocko she wanted to go home, but he took her to Houston where he allegedly sexually assaulted her in his apartment. The girl said she was dropped at a Houston restaurant and called her parents. Authorities were then able to track Hocko down.
The total bond for Hocko has been set at $261,000. He remained in the Brazos County jail as of early Thursday afternoon.
