Two Dallas residents involved in a stabbing incident Saturday evening at Aggie Station apartment complex in Bryan are both in stable condition.

Officials say a 19-year old male and an 18-year old female were taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan. The male was taken to surgery for a self-inflicted stab wound to the stomach, and is now in stable condition. The female is in stable condition with minor injuries to her hands and face from attempting to disarm the knife from the male.

Witnesses say the stabbing happened during a dispute between the couple. No charges have been filed.
