A pair of teens have been indicted on capital murder charges in the death of a Milam County woman.
Tanner Baker and Brandon Cotton, both 18, are accused of killing 50-year-old Sandra Phillips in her home on FM 487 on April 25.
Baker was found at a Rockdale convenience store in Phillips' car shortly after the victim's body was discovered. Cotton was arrested a short time later. Authorities say the two confessed to the murder, and that the shooting death may have been associated with a burglary of the home.
The Milam County District Attorney's Office has not decided whether to seek the death penalty for the teens. Each was jailed on a $1 million bond.
