TEEX Instructor Honored for Over Half-a-Century of Service

This week wraps up the last of three annual schools at TEEX. 25-hundred students and instructors will be heading home after today. One of the instructors with a gift half a century in the making.

Ernest Patschke celebrates his 50th anniversary as a volunteer fire school Instructor.

Patschke, 83, is an Instructor with the Texas Engineering Extension Services' municipal fire training school.

Patschke has also been a Thorndale volunteer firefighter for over 60 years.
