A pair of Republicans are heading to a run-off to determine who will represent most of Bryan/College Station in the Texas House of Representatives.

Bob Yancy scored a win over John Raney and the rest of the candidates to pick up the most votes in the five-person field. Yancy earned 36 percent, while Raney scored 28 percent.

Since no one earned a majority of the votes, the top two vote-getters head to a run-off.

Judy LeUnes, the lone Democrat in the race, came in third in the voting with 23 percent. The third Republican, Rebecca Boenigk, garnered 11 percent. Libertarian Joshua Baker had two percent.
