It's been a long day for the Kilgore Rangers football team as they started early this morning going from school to school to talk to local kids.

"It's an awesome feeling to read to the kids and make them smile," said James Jones.

Tanner Tausch is the Rangers' quarterback. He's thrilled about coming to town.

"College Station it's what you dream up about growing up playing at Kyle Field," said Tausch.

But Tausch isn't the only one thrilled to be playing here this weekend. While he may not show it, the restaurant's GM is smiling on the inside.

"So many people have never tried Genghis Grill so all that means is new faces for us to wow and show were a great restaurant," said Josh Hicok.

After their big meal they went across town to hit the field before their last big practice. Everyone of them excited to be here.

The Rangers will meet the Rangers here Saturday at noon as Kilgore meets the Northwest Mississippi Rangers for their last game of the season.

And regardless of who wins. The Brazos Valley comes out ahead because of this game.
