This morning around 2:30 AM deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to investigate suspicious males that had been seen running from car to car trying to open car doors in the driveways of homes in the Legends Ranch Subdivision in South Montgomery County.
Deputies in the area saw a black SUV traveling on Linder Green Drive that had the headlamps turned off. The vehicle was moving slowly down the street with the windows down and suspects outside the car were throwing stolen property into the vehicle.
When deputies stopped the vehicle a 16 year old male was driving and inside the car there were approximately 20-30 cell phone charges, several GPS units, radar detectors, cell phones, one class ring, wallet with credit cards and a handgun.
