Three in Custody After Madison County Chase

MADISON COUNTY A car chase in Madison County ends with three people taken into custody.

Thursday night, DPS began to pursue a white pick up truck at the intersection of Rocky Ridge Lane and Spur 67, just south of Madisonville.

The pursuit lasted about four miles before the truck crashed into a field north of Flynt Road and Highway 75, which is near the Madison-Walker County line.

Brandon Hoover, 26 of Bedias, Kenneth Spencer, 19 of Madisonville and Jacob Andrusick, 23 of Houston were arrested and face a variety of charges.

Last month, we told you Hoover was wanted on felony warrants on charges of burglary of a habitation, unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a firearm. Madison County Sheriff Travis Neeley says Hoover led authorities on a three-county chase last week, but got away in Walker County.

No injuries were reported.

Unauthorized use of Motor vehicle x 2 (State Jail Felony, $100,000 Bond)
Possession of Controlled Substance (State Jail Felony, $100,000 Bond)
Burglary of Habitation (Second Degree Felony, $100,000.00 Bond)
Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon (Third Degree Felony, $100,000 Bond)
Driving while License invalid w/ Prev Conviction (Class B Misdemeanor, $5,000 Bond)
Theft warrant from Coryell CO (Felony [unknown], $10,000 Bond
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class C Misdemeanor, Fine)
