A Bryan and College Station man are in the Brazos County Jail after leading police on a car chase.
22-year-old Lance Lamont Calhoun and 22-year-old Leroy Calhoun III were in a tan Buick Century when Burleson County Sheriff's officers tried to stop them after getting reports that a man showed a gun.
The chase began near the the Burleson and Brazos County lines and ended here in Bryan at South College Avenue and Howard Streets a little before 11 P.M.
The Buick sedan hopped a curb stopping just feet away from a building. Officers discovered a 9mm pistol underneath the passenger seat.
Both men were taken into custody. Lance Calhoun was arrested for unlawfully carrying a weapon. Leroy Calhoun was arrested for evading arrest.
Burleson County Sheriff's Deputies also tell us the vehicle was not stolen.
