(TxDOT) will activate the new signals

WASHINGTON COUNTY — On Tuesday, January 29, 2013, the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) contractor will activate the new signals at the intersection of US 290 and Westwood Lane. This new signal will be fully operational by the afternoon commute.

Last Tuesday, January 22nd, TxDOT’s contractor put the signals in flash mode to get everyone aware of the new traffic signal.

This $280,000 thousand dollar signal project is contracted to Traf-Tex out of Houston, Texas.
