Early voting begins Monday in Bryan and College Station. The more critical elections are in the latter city, with at least three and as many as six seats that could change as a result.
Election Day is Saturday, May 14 for the Twin Cities, but early voting runs until May 10. Click on the links provided to find out where to cast your vote.
In College Station, three seats on the city council are being vacated -- either by term limits or by choice -- and each are contested.
News 3 conducted interviews with seven of the eight candidates and asked each to tell voters what they think are the three biggest issues are in this year's election. Click here to hear from the candidates.
Three other council seat holders are involved in recall elections. Mayor Nancy Berry and Councilmembers Katy-Marie Lyles and Dave Ruesink were placed on the ballot for a special election after enough signatures were gathered by citizens against the annexation of Wellborn.
In Bryan, neither of the two city council races are contested, and incumbents will all-but-assuredly retain their seats.
Both cities have school board races that are contested.
