With Days Before Season Opener at Blue Bell Park, Crews Continue Fever Pitch Pace

With Texas A&M opening up Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park this Friday, construction continues to be at a fever pitch.

On February 3rd, we showed you what the stadium looked like with two weeks to go till the season opener. Now with just four days to go, the progress is incredible.

Most of the exterior brick work is now done and crews are working on the stadium grounds.

Now there's still plenty of work to be done inside the stadium. Not a single seat has been installed in the upper deck as of yet and construction crews are finishing up the press box.

The playing field is ready to go for Friday's opener and despite the fact Blue Bell Park may not be completely done, the game will still be played in the new stadium.

This Wednesday on KBTX News 3, we'll have an inside look at the new Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.
