An Austin woman was arrested Sunday after police say she stole from the Wal-Mart in Bryan.
30-year-old Raquel Fabian allegedly stole from the store by switching barcode stickers on certain items. Police say Fabian covered the barcodes for expensive electronics and appliances, with barcodes from the toy department.
She allegedly checked out and paid $34.84, but investigators say the items actually cost $317.96.
Fabian was arrested by Bryan Police and charged with theft and fraud. She also had two warrants for her arrest out of Williamson County.
