A security guard making his rounds at a shopping center in The Woodlands this morning saw a man lying on the ground, and didn't expect what happened next.

The man on ground said he needed his inhaler. Then another man came out of the trees pointing an assault weapon at the guard. The man asking for the inhaler also pulled an assault rifle on the guard.

Police say the men beat the guard then stole his truck and crashed it through the front glass of a gun store. Once in the building they stole several weapons and merchandise.

So far no reports of any arrests.
