Updated: 10/25/2013 - Investigators say a CSPD officer was assaulted by Samuel Sheppard, 20, a Texas A&M student early Friday morning during an arrest. A minor, Sheppard was reportedly found to be under influence of alcohol. The TABC is investigating if Sheppard was illegally served at a Northgate bar.
