SH 47 HCS Overpass Project Open to Traffic

Updated: 09/17/2013 - On Tuesday, September 17, 2013 around 5pm, the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) contractor will open the new SH 47 HSC overpass project to traffic. TxDOT’s contractor will begin striping the roadway around 8:30am and should be done around 4:30pm, and then they will open the roadway to traffic.

The former supervisor and caregiver at Ruth Marie's Country Home in Jewett was caught on camera abusing an elderly disabled man has been convicted of charges of abuse, dating from November when he was formally charged. This abuse investigation was just one of many for the facility that came under fire after our numerous reports that aired.
