Hearne Police say they arrested three men in connection with a recent Burglary.
According to officials, the burglary happened on March 25th in the 600 block of S. San Jose Street. Officials arrested and charged Devorio Dunn, Rochelle McGee and KeAnthony Franklin with Burglary of a Habitation.
According to Hearne Police, the three men were all arrested in different places. Dunn was already in jail when he was served. Police had to force their way into McGee's house to arrest him. Franklin turned himself in.
All of the alleged stolen items were collected and later released to the victim.
Hearne Police made it a point to say that these three men were not arrested in reference to the home invasion last week where a man was held at gunpoint.
Burglary of a Habitation is a second degree felony and punishable by confinement in jail up to 20 years and a 10,000 fine.
