Tropical Storm Colin is Back

Updated: Thu 5:51 PM, Aug 05, 2010

After falling apart shortly after it was declared a Tropical Storm, Colin has redeveloped in the Atlantic.

The system began to show signs of reorganization on Thursday morning, and an Air Force Hurricane Hunter was sent to investigate the area Thursday afternoon.

The flight found a more organized storm and winds of 45 mph, strong enough to be reclassified a Tropical Storm.

Tropical Storm Warnings have been issued for the island of Bermuda. The storm should not impact the continental United States.
